All items in our store are produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis. Every purchase is a pre-order.

We don’t do mass production. Each piece is crafted specifically for you — no stock, no shortcuts.

The manufacturing process takes up to 14 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed. Good things take time.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with shipping details and a tracking number. From there, delivery times will depend on your location and your local postal service or courier.

Please note:

• We ship worldwide, except to the so-called “russia” and “belarus” — and we never will.
• Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s import rules. If needed, your local customs office will contact you for additional payments or declarations.
• After your order crosses the border, your national postal service will handle final delivery. Stay alert for notifications via email or phone.

Make sure your phone number and email are entered correctly when placing your order. All order updates, tracking info, and delivery notices will be sent to the contact details you provide.

After payment, you’ll automatically receive:

• An electronic receipt.
• A confirmation email with your order and delivery details.
